Data Abstraction in DBMS

Database frameworks are comprised of complex information structures. To facilitate the client association with database, the engineers conceal inside immaterial points of interest from clients. This procedure of concealing unimportant points of interest from client is called data abstraction.

The following are the levels of abstraction:

Physical level: This is the most minimal level of information reflection. It depicts how information is really put away in database. You can get the mind boggling information structure subtle elements at this level.

Logical level: This is the center level of 3-level information reflection design. It depicts what information is put away in database.

View level: Highest level of information deliberation. This level depicts the client communication with database framework.
