Why did you leave your previous job?

This is one of the critical questions and most of the candidates might have the chance to get rejected, while answering this you need to remember some points as follows.

Don't tell in the following way.
  1. Make sure not to spread negative rumors on your previous company and previous employer.
  2. I do not have sufficient pay.
  3. Shift timings
  4. Bad management
  5. You are offering more pay than my previous pay.
  6. I got fired for poor performance.

My previous company is very small and i have already spent 2 years and there i have faced new challenges that made me more sharp at my profession. Where i have learned team work, team management. Now i am looking forward to achieve big  challenges which can give me good growth in career.
